Ripley’s Believe it or Not! Museum

Plenty of photo-ops are also scattered around the museum from an 18th Century Spanish Public Humiliation Stock to the world’s tallest man’s Chippendale Chair. Kids of all ages love to engage themselves in Ripley’s Wacky Explorative Room where they are challenged with various curiosities and interactive displays such as the very popular shadow wall.

The museum offers any where from an hour to a days worth of first class entertainment making it a must visit for all visitors to the Niagara Region. After you exit, Ripley’s continues to impress visitors with its Wax Zone where guests are invited to dip their hands in wax to create the perfect personalized souvenir of their visit to Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Niagara Falls.

Located on Clifton Hill since 1963, the always growing Ripley’s Believe it or Not! Museum still holds on to the reputation as Niagara’s best museum. Authentic shrunken heads, the world’s rarest egg and two-headed animals are only the beginning here. Housing an impressive collection of the odd, strange and unbelievable from around the world, the museum showcases over 700 mind boggling exhibits, oddities, curiosities and illusions throughout their extraordinarily themed galleries. Several videos and interactive displays allow for a first hand experience leaving you to decide whether you believe it or not!

Take a historical ride aboard the world famous Maid of the Mist. Since 1846, millions of visitors have enjoyed the Maid of the Mist boat tours. The powerful diesel-engined boats take visitors to the base of the American Falls and then on to the basin of the magnificent Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Water rushes all around as you "soak" in the excitement and feel the thunder of the Falls. It's a half hour thrill of a lifetime! Reusable, souvenir rain coats are provided with admission.
